Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. Once your package ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (Vietnam): 1–3 business days (Flat Rate: ₫30,000–₫50,000 / ~$2 USD)

• Regional Southeast Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia): 4–8 business days (Flat Rate: $10 USD)

• Core Global Markets (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Japan, Taiwan): 7–14 business days (Flat Rate: $17.50 USD)

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days (Flat Rate: $25 USD)

Please note: Delivery estimates begin once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments are sent Delivery At Place (DAP). Any applicable import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, or local taxes assessed by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has stalled or your package shows delivered but cannot be located, contact us at nomadeliving@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
